We will offer a courteous and helpful response to your query within 24hrs, and provide an initial face-to-face assessment within 14 days. However, we recognise that there will be priority requests and will always signpost where appropriate.
Our initial assessments will be made available within 10 working days post-assessment, subject to the availability of all relevant information and documentation. All our written reports will contain clear recommendations. Progress reports will be produced at agreed periods.
